There is good news for consulting firm owners in Europe who may be seeking an exit, as the M&S transaction market appears to be remaining strong. You will have heard about an overall downturn across all industries in the M&A market in many news items, and this is shown in the graph. Whilst volumes of consulting business transactions in North America have followed this downturn, in Europe the volumes have remained strong and are ahead in Q2 this year than they were 18 months ago.
