CM&A have delivered yet another transaction in the ESG consulting sector, this time supporting the founders of NASH Maritime, Jamie Holmes and Ed Rogers in their sale to APEM Group. NASH Maritime are the specialist shipping, navigation and maritime risk consultancy, whose offering to the global offshore wind and maritime infrastructure sectors is in high demand with the growth in that sector. APEM Group is a leading global technical consultancy providing expert advice to clients in a wide range of industries including water, renewables, power and utilities, marine and ports, transport, construction and development. This is their fifth acquisition in the past 2 and a half years.
